Vision equipment

They seek to satisfy needs that the operators are not capable of elaborating by conventional methods, thus also improving the quality of the processes, thus treating their repetition and stability, these being the inspection, orientation and search for something in which is assigned its functionality according to the need of the end user.

A basic example of this is the search for patterns, either on a PCB in which the orientation of the components is necessary to comply with the assembly; Being in this way changing the rudimentary method of the operator who seeks consistency in the process using instruments and even exhausting his sight in the process, the camera is able to repeat the above more consistently due to the task assigned to it by means of of programming by assigning a search and comparison tool, the latter being the conditions that must be met, such as lighting and the controlled environment where this occurs, it is also vitally important to know the type of lens that the equipment, since, although the vision system is in charge of processing the information, the lens provides the image quality according to the distance and size parameters of what we seek to satisfy, such is the previous case.

Thus it can also be assigned to a coordinate axis in which, the camera can move freely and inspect either the welding process on components or even assign the offset coordinates to perform the task. Vision systems interact from an entry and exit control system to complex systems in which greater stability and precision are required, being fed back by what is in the process, the latter with the help of images and even a specific external variable by an automatic control system with sensors.

This can be coupled to automated systems from smaller to larger scale, from simple inspection to assembly and particle discrimination, even coupled to a data collection system for statistical calculation with the help of image collection. The industrial protocols and even the connectivity with the NETWORK, help to make the processes more reliable when extracting the information and even make it easier to have it at hand from a computer to the same cell phone.

Extracting information is an important part in the data collection processes and even facilitates the operation in managing it.
